Shipping
We aim to get your order packed and on its way within 1–3 business days, because we know waiting is the hardest part! Once it’s shipped, delivery times will depend on where you are in the world and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
To make things easier, we offer several shipping options so you can pick what works best for your timeline.
📍 In Amsterdam-East? Lucky you! You can pick up your order the same or next business day, just swing by during the week and we’ll have your order ready to go.
Shipping costs vary based on your location, the weight of your order, and your chosen delivery method. You’ll see the full cost before you place your order.
International Shipping
As we are based in Amsterdam, we only ship to countries in Europe as we encourage local shopping. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes incurred as a result of international shipping.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you're returning by post, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
